Michael Noelle & Associates was established in early 2025 and is registered with the Law Society of Namibia. Our offices in Windhoek and Otjiwarongo allow us to serve clients throughout the country – with a strong focus on making professional legal services accessible to people in the northern regions.

The firm's founder, Michael Noelle, has gained valuable experience working at some of Namibia's leading corporate law firms, including Engling Stritter & Partners and Ellis Shilengudwa Inc (DLA Piper). Being of German descent, Mr. Noelle has over the years assisted many German-speaking clients and companies with their business and legal matters in Namibia.

Our Team
Admitted to the High Court of Namibia in 2018. Michael has over 10 years of experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. He advises both local enterprises and foreign investors and has worked at prominent law firms such as Engling Stritter & Partners and Ellis Shilengudwa Inc (DLA Piper). Fluent in English and German.
Admitted as a Legal Practitioner of the High Court of Namibia in 2026. Elline brings experience across estate administration, civil and criminal litigation, labour, commercial and contract law. She has served as Legal Advisor and Team Leader for Risk & Compliance at United Africa (Namibia) and as a Risk & Compliance Analyst at the Payment Association of Namibia, alongside candidate practitioner roles at Slogan Matheus & Associates and Samuel & Co Legal Practitioners.
